Quick access clutch cover " What is it & when do I need it ?

Generally used in racing applications a quick access clutch cover allows clutch changes & adjustments to be done easily at the track without the need to remove the whole engine side cover which can damage the gasket & would require draining the engine oil.

Our CNC machined billet cover has a smaller access cover "top hat"  that uses an O ring seal & only 6 bolts that hold it in place so it's easy to remove this smaller cover without damaging the main gasket.

Also being well above the oil level in the engine there's no need for draining oil before removing the cover.

We can also supply the cover with a taller "hat" giving the extra clearance required for Multistage lockup or slider style clutches *Please ask about this option*

There is also a small inspection cover for checking the ignition trigger disc or making adjustments like the OEM cover, this also uses an O ring seal. 

About the cover, what's included.

Our billet quick access clutch cover fits directly to the engine the same as the OEM cover & uses all the OEM mounting hardware accepts the stock fairing mount brackets & also accepts the OEM Oil filler cap. (filler cap not included)

For ease of installation we have included a new OEM oil level window fitted to the cover.    

Every billet clutch cover comes with a new OEM gasket.

Options 

Our most popular version uses a see through window so you can see the clutch spinning during operation, it uses a polycarbonate "Lexan"window that is extremely strong & resistant to heat or damage from lubricants. 

The main cover & small inspection cover as well as the window ring are available in Raw aluminium or Black anodized finish as standard options. 

Custom Anodizing of the main cover including the small inspection cover / the Top hat  is also an option *Please note custom anodizing takes extra time to be done *

We have also added the option for a pressure plate cover that hides the ugly clutch pressure plate when selecting our window cover option on all the  H2 or on the ZH2. *Please note we now have 6 bolt version available for the 2015 H2 & H2R* They are available in 3 different styles Type 1 Type 2 or Type 3 , please look at the photos for reference. Also one of four colours, Green, Black, Red or *raw aluminium (silver) available in type 3 only*

**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WINDOW TOP HAT**  Please note if you have the Brocks 6 spring clutch conversion fitted to your bike , your clutch is taller & you must select the H2R style window top hat , otherwise the pressure plate will hit the window, this does not apply to the "solid no window" option.
