What It Is & Why You Need It
A quick‑access clutch cover is designed primarily for racing applications where fast clutch changes and adjustments are essential. Instead of removing the entire OEM engine side cover—risking gasket damage and requiring an oil drain—this billet cover allows you to service the clutch directly at the track with minimal downtime.
Our CNC‑machined billet cover features a compact removable “top hat” access cover sealed with an O‑ring and secured by just six bolts. This lets you access the clutch without disturbing the main gasket. Because the access point sits well above the engine’s oil level, there’s no need to drain oil before removal.
For riders running lockup or slider clutches, we offer an optional taller Lockup top hat for additional clearance.
NEW for 2026 we now offer the Roll Ace street lockup clutch that can be used for Roll racing, street riding or drag racing. A lockup clutch that has all the benefits of a lockup being lighter clutch lever feel with a clutch that doesnt slip, without the setup complications of a multistage clutch that many riders don't require. The all new Roll Ace is a set & forget (RPM Dependent) centrifugal assist for your clutch, available for both 3 spring & six spring clutches.
A secondary inspection cover is also integrated for checking or adjusting the ignition trigger disc—similar to the OEM cover—and it too uses an O‑ring seal.

Window Top Hat (Most Popular)
A see‑through polycarbonate (Lexan) window allows you to watch the clutch in operation. Lexan is extremely strong, heat‑resistant, and unaffected by lubricants.

Pressure Plate Covers (For Window Top Hat)
To clean up the appearance when using the window top hat, we offer optional pressure plate covers for all H2 and ZH2 models.

Pressure plate covers are only used with the window top hat.
Important Fitment Note — Window Top Hat
If your bike is equipped with the Brocks 6‑spring clutch conversion, your clutch stack height is increased. You must select the H2R‑style window top hat to ensure proper clearance. This requirement does not apply to the solid (non‑window) top hat option.
