Billet Clutch Basket Upgrade – MT09 / R9 / FZ‑09 / XSR900 / FJ‑09 / Tracer
The MT‑09/FZ‑09 platform has exploded in popularity, and as riders push these bikes harder—street, track, stunt, drift, or drag—certain OEM components start showing their limits. One of the most common failure points is the factory cast‑aluminium clutch basket. It’s designed for “normal riding,” and once you step beyond that, the stock basket can become a liability.
A Stronger, Smarter Replacement
To meet the demand for a true performance upgrade, we engineered a billet clutch basket built to handle serious abuse. Each basket is CNC‑machined from high‑grade 7075‑T6 aluminium billet and anodized for increased wear resistance. Critical weak points in the OEM design have been reinforced without adding unnecessary mass—our billet basket is less than 100g heavier than stock.
Direct Fit, No Modifications
The billet basket mounts directly to your OEM drive gear. You can install it yourself using the included instructions & some basic tools, or send us your OEM basket/gear assembly and we’ll fit the new basket at no extra cost.
Once installed on the drive gear, the assembly fits back into the engine exactly like the original—no additional modifications required.
What’s Included
You can also choose to add a new set of rubber cush dampers. While the OEM dampers are often re-usable, some riders prefer to replace them if worn.
